What we will do in this lesson:

  • Custom Writing Polish: Bring a draft of an email, an essay, or a creative story. We will work together to refine your word choice and "flow" using my experience as an editor and AP English teacher.
  • Narrative Speaking: Using my background in narrative design, I will help you practice "storytelling" in daily life—whether describing a weekend trip or presenting a business idea—to make your speech more engaging and less robotic.
  • Nuance & Idioms: We will explore the subtle differences between similar words to help you express exactly what you feel, focusing on high-frequency vocabulary used by native speakers.
  • Low-Pressure Feedback: You will receive a detailed follow-up note after every lesson with specific corrections and new vocabulary to practice.
