Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 5 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 5 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 4 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 45 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

Hello! My name is Teacher Kerry and I love teaching English as a Second Language. Learning a language can be fun and interesting. There are so many topics to explore and methods to use. There is a method for everyone and I enjoy finding that method for my students.

These conversation classes will center around an article or a picture which we will read and/or discuss  during the lesson. We will learn and practice using new vocabulary on a variety of topics. I will use your input to find topics that are interesting to you.

Some examples of topics are:

  • politics
  • the environment
  • literature
  • pop culture
  • world cultures
  • science
  • business
  • short stories
I look forward to welcoming new students of all ages and levels to my classes.

A little about me:
  • I have been teaching for over ten years, 4 years online
  • I have a Masters in Linguistics and a teaching qualification in foreign languages
  • I have worked with young children, adults and university students
  • I have two young bilingual children who love languages
  • I love yoga, exercise, reading, cooking, and crafting

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
