Hello! My name is İrem. I’m excited to guide you through a gentle yoga session specifically designed to nurture and support your lower back. This practice will focus on soft, mindful movements that gently stretch and strengthen the muscles around your spine, helping to release tension and improve flexibility. With a combination of restorative poses, breathing techniques, and mindful alignment, we'll give your lower back the care it deserves. Whether you're looking to ease discomfort or maintain spinal health, this class will offer a soothing and effective approach to lower back relief.
