Business English Class 

🟢 1. Warm-Up / Small Talk (3–5 min)

  • Purpose: Get the student talking and thinking in English.

  • Ask casual business-related questions:

    • How’s your day at work so far?

    • Any interesting meetings this week?

    • What are you working on currently?

📚 2. Focus Topic / Vocabulary (5–7 min)

  • Introduce the theme of the day:

    • Examples: Emails, Meetings, Negotiation, Presentations, Small Talk, Job Interviews

  • Teach 4–6 key phrases, collocations, or idioms.

    • E.g., “circle back,” “on the same page,” “follow up,” “touch base”

  • Use examples in sentences + ask student to use them too.

🗣️ 3. Speaking Practice / Dialogue (7–8 min)

  • Role-play or structured dialogue based on the topic.

    • Example: You’re in a meeting. How do you disagree politely?

    • One student = manager, the other = employee, etc.

  • Focus on fluency and appropriate tone (formal vs casual).

🧠 4. Micro Listening or Reading (Optional – 3–4 min)

  • Quick audio clip, short email, or LinkedIn post.

  • Ask 2–3 comprehension questions or discuss vocabulary in context.

    • "What was the main point of the email?"

    • "Why did the speaker say that?"

📌 5. Feedback & Wrap-Up (2–3 min)

  • Give quick feedback: pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary usage.

  • Summarize the key takeaways.

  • Optional: Assign 1 small task or question to prepare for next class.
