Lessons should generally be booked chronologically, meaning that the second lesson should be booked after the first, and so on.

Beginning a question with phrases such as "Do you know...?" or "Would you happen to know...?" is a very important part of English communication, especially in business communication.
You want to begin questions with these types of phrases if you think the person may not know the answer.
Often these phrases are used when we asking someone about someone else.
For example if we ask Bill, "When can John finish the report?", Bill might have a negative reaction and think or say, “Why are you asking me?”
In this case a much more positive question would be, “Do you know when John can finish the report?”
So in this case, “Do know when John can finish the report?” is a much better question than, “When can John finish the report?”
AS you can see the grammar changes when we use a phrase such as “Do you know…?” before a question.
