Below is a basic outline of the first 8 classes but of course can be modified for each individual child.

 1.numbers and colors and animals

2. Days of the week, months of the year, seasons, weather

 3.body parts:   big vs small long vs short

We will also review colors and numbers using the new body vocabulary

How to describing a person or animal

-       What colour hair do you have?

-       What colour are your eyes?

-       How many legs do you have?

-       How many legs does an elephant have?

-       What colour is a panther?

 

4.Food and kitchen vocabulary

Review of colors and numbers

Use of adjectives

Big vs small review

 

5.Sports and hobbies vocabulary/ play vs do

 likes and dislikes

review of food

-I like playing football.
-I like doing gymnastics.

-I don’t like salad. 

 

6.Family Vocab

Review of likes and dislikes

 

7.Clothes vocabulary- the verb wear

Review of weather

Review of body parts

Review of family

-When it’s hot I wear….

-When it’s raining I wear…

- I am wearing…..

- Grandpa is wearing…

 

8.Home and furniture/ Prepositions of place standing vs sitting

Review colours and family members
