Lesson Pack Details
- This is a lesson pack of 4 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 4 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 3 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 45 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.
Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

Cafetalk Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of package lessons
· 'Not started' (1) lesson packages can be canceled at any time. Used points will be fully refunded.
If a "started" (2) lesson package is cancelled, you will be refunded 100% of the price of the remaining lessons, as long as the lessons are not requested, confirmed, or delivered within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
(1) A lesson package for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson package with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time of the first lesson of the pack, the tutor confirms the pack in its entirety and the coupons are issued automatically)
Cancel individual requests in a package
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson belonging to a package but not the entire package, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the voucher used to book the lesson will be refunded or charged, depending on the tutors individual lesson cancellation policy. Please note that the 50% partial refunds in the Tutors individual lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packages and the Tutor may choose to refund or cash the voucher in such cases.
