Rethinking so you can act differently!

Self-talk is the conversation you have with yourself in your head. It includes your thoughts, beliefs, and ideas about yourself and the world around you. These internal dialogues can be encouraging and supportive or critical and discouraging.


  1. Learn about the power of self-talk.

  2. How positive self-talk can help in sport's performance and life.

  3. Look at some amazing examples.

  4. Write some of your own positive statements.

There is an incredibly close relationship between our mind (thinking), our emotions (feelings) and our actions. Many times, we avoid certain situations and miss out on opportunities because our thinking is wrong.


Let's spend time analysing your thinking to see if you can act more positively when you are presented with an opportunity.
