Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 2 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 2 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 1 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 60 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

To carry out your role in your workplace, you need to communicate well so that you can work effectively as a team member. You have to disagree without being disagreeable; ask for assistance or clarifications, manage discussions during meetings to ensure effective use of time and perhaps give negative feedback to a co-worker. 

 

In your school or college, you may be asked to work on group projects. Agreements have to be reached by all group members at every stage of the project. If there is a person in your group who dominates the discussions, how will you get your points across? While acknowledging the contributions of others, we need to be able to put forward our own viewpoints so that they can be considered by the group. 

 

To do this well, we will discuss the use of indirect language so that they do not convey commanding tones. The right use of phrases can turn requests into polite forms;  comments can be given in a constructive, rather than a derogatory manner so that you achieve your objectives without making enemies!

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
