This lesson is appropriate for both students and professionals who need to work on their email writing skills for their professional work or IELTS tests. The lesson will be based on a scenario that I will provide to you or it can be specific to your work

These writing lessons are aimed at improving your email writing skills.
They are very useful if you already have to deal with this task at work daily.
Writing emails are generally different from writing essays or writing a diary. Keeping your writing clear, concise and succint is key.
Through this exercise you will practice how to:

- avoid overcommunicating; and
- convey politeness in your writing
It goes without saying that a certain extent of planning may be required to write some emails.
Some of the scenarios you could be provided with in the form of sample texts and also exercises / homework to practice your writing skills may be associated with the following situations:
1. Write a meaningful subject line
2. Keep the message focused
3. Identify yourself clearly
4. Be kind and don't flame
5. Proofread!
6. Don't assume privacy
7. Distinguish between formal and informal situations
