Kurspaket Inhalt

- The validity period for this lesson pack is 5 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

DAY 1: Vocabulary, Grammar & Reading Strategies

Focus: Tackling Part 1 & Part 2 of the Stage 1 Exam.

  • 00:00 – 00:15 (15 mins) | High-Frequency Vocab & Collocations

    • Practice fill-in-the-blank vocabulary questions (Part 1).

    • Focus on EIKEN-specific idioms, phrasal verbs, and transition words.

  • 00:15 – 00:35 (20 mins) | Passage Reading & Comprehension

    • Practice reading speed and identifying topic sentences in short passages.

    • Teach the "scan-and-match" technique for multiple-choice questions.

  • 00:35 – 00:50 (15 mins) | Error Analysis & Review|Freetalk

    • Review incorrect answers, clarify grammar rules, and assign vocabulary targets.

DAY 2: Writing & Listening Mastery

Focus: Conquering the heavily weighted Writing tasks and Listening comprehension.

  • 00:00 – 00:25 (25 mins) | EIKEN Writing Formula

    • Summary Writing: Practice extracting key ideas from a short passage without copying word-for-word (paraphrasing).

    • Opinion Essay / Email: Teach a clear 3-step writing template:

      Point $rightarrow$ Reason 1 + Example $rightarrow$ Reason 2 + Example $rightarrow$ Conclusion

  • 00:25 – 00:40 (15 mins) | Listening Strategies

    • Practice short dialogs and passage-based listening questions.

    • Teach note-taking and key-word listening techniques.

  • 00:40 – 00:50 (10 mins) | Homework / Writing Task Assignment|Freetalk

    • Review essay structure and ask the student to write one essay before Day 3 for your review.

DAY 3: Stage 2 Speaking & Mock Interview

Focus: Building oral fluency, overcoming interview anxiety, and structuring answers.

  • 00:00 – 00:10 (10 mins) | Warm-up & Writing Review

    • Quick check of their homework essay and key corrections.

  • 00:10 – 00:25 (15 mins) | Interview Cards & Picture Description

    • Practice reading aloud with clear pronunciation and intonation.

    • Train the student on describing 4-panel comic strips or picture cards.

  • 00:25 – 00:45 (20 mins) | Full Mock Interview Simulation

    • Run 2 complete mock speaking tests using real EIKEN-style cards.

    • Practice answering direct opinion questions using clear supporting reasons.

  • 00:45 – 00:50 (5 mins) | Final Review & Performance Feedback|Freetalk

    • Highlight strengths, provide areas to improve, and share final test-day tips.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

This lesson is “Immediately Confirmed”

If the requested date falls within 30 days, the request will be “confirmed” immediately without having to wait for the tutor to reply.

Requests will be confirmed immdiately expect the first one of a pack. If confirmed immediately, the policy “before request is confirmed” will not apply.
