Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 4 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 4 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 3 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 80 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.
You can check the lesson pack’s validity period on the Request > Lesson Pack page.

ライフコーチのテーマは、日常のもやもやから人生の課題まで、人生に関わる事であれば何でもOKです。Ryo Coachingでは、具体的なテーマから、その背景にあるクライアントの方の人生・人間性全体にフォーカスした対話を行います。そうしたコーチとの対話を深めていくことで、ご自身の価値観や生き甲斐を見つめ直し、前に進んでいく為の礎を築いていくお手伝いをします。

【セッションの進め方】
以下の流れをベースとしつつ、お一人ずつに合わせたオーダーメイドのセッションをお届けします。

〇1回目
※セッション前に事前準備シートの記入をお願いしています。
・簡単な自己紹介と、コーチングに関する簡単なご説明（コーチングが初めての方向け）
・どんな対話の場にしたいかの合意（"Designed Alliance": 関係性のデザイン）
・事前準備シートの振り返り：価値観や生き甲斐の掘下げ
・全セッションを通したトピックとゴールの設定

〇2-4回目
・前回のセッションからのアクションの振り返り
・どんな対話の場にしたいかの合意（"Designed Alliance": 関係性のデザイン）
・対話を通したコーチング
・セッションを通した気づきの言語化と、次の小さな一歩 "Baby Step" の明確化

Modalità di cancellazione di questo tutor

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
