Through improved use of your body, you can regain the comfort and easy movement you enjoyed in your youth.
Through a customized series of Feldenkrais lessons you will progress to have a more flexible, comfortable body· Chronic pain may diminish or disappear. Easier, more comfortable posture happens without effort. A cheerful mood and greater energy happen along with profound relaxation. You may notice better sleep and more satisfying breathing from the very first lesson!
Those who enjoy sports will begin to notice more easy coordination and endurance from the much improved use of the body that results from these lessons!
Rick trained with Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais and has taught at major universities, community centers and in medical settings in the United States.
