Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 5 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 5 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 4 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 30 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

This package of 5 lessons is excellent for students who want to continue free talk lessons with me.

You have 30 days from the time of booking (not when you start a lesson) in which to take the 5 lessons. Each lesson is 50 minutes long.

Please note that a refund is not possible once the first lesson has been completed.

Lesson Information:

These lessons are good for intermediate and more advanced students who want to practice their conversational skills.

In these lessons you will have a free conversation with me.

You can choose the topic of the conversation when you book the lesson or if you don't have any topics to discuss, don't worry! I have many different topics that are good for conversation.

Example topics:

- What your plans are for today/tomorrow/this week
- What projects you are working on at the moment
- Travel
- Your hobbies
- Food & drink
- Current world news stories
- Life in Japan
- Business
- Politics

Speaking & Listening

Preparation:
- Please advise me of any topics you would like to discuss in the lesson when making the booking.
- Any questions you want to ask in the lesson.

Feedback:
- During the lesson I will type any mispronounced words, new vocabulary and expressions inside the Skype chat box for you to study after the lesson.
- During the lesson I will suggest ways to rephrase your sentences to sound more natural. These suggestions will also be typed into the skype chat box.
- Before the lesson finishes I will give you verbal feedback on your reading, comprehension and pronunciation.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
