Trauma Conscious, safe, health-oriented healing environment to recover from complex trauma
課程介紹
This safe, comforting space is dedicated to providing compassionate support and a listening ear to individuals who have experienced trauma and are in the process of recovering. My approach emphasizes safety, understanding, and empowerment as we navigate the healing journey together. I have many years experience in the healing arts and am certified as an advanced level Trauma Recovery Coach.
In these sessions, my focus includes:
- Establishing a Safe Environment: Building trust and confidentiality to ensure your comfort and respect.
- Exploring Your Experience: Providing a supportive space to process emotions and experiences without judgment.
- Enhancing Resilience: Leveraging your strengths and resilience to promote growth and healing.
Please note that compassionate coaching sessions are designed to support authentic growth and well-being and not to be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
