This safe, comforting space is dedicated to providing compassionate support and a listening ear to individuals who have experienced trauma and are in the process of recovering. My approach emphasizes safety, understanding, and empowerment as we navigate the healing journey together. I have many years experience in the healing arts and am certified as an advanced level Trauma Recovery Coach. 

In these sessions, my focus includes:

  • Establishing a Safe Environment: Building trust and confidentiality to ensure your comfort and respect.
  • Exploring Your Experience: Providing a supportive space to process emotions and experiences without judgment.
  • Enhancing Resilience: Leveraging your strengths and resilience to promote growth and healing.
Please note that compassionate coaching sessions are designed to support authentic growth and well-being and not to be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Coaching services are intended to complement and support, not replace, necessary professional crisis care. If you are experiencing chronic health issues, serious mental disorders, substance abuse, relational violence, cultic abuse, and/or unsafe situations, please seek qualified assistance as soon as possible.
