課程介紹

I cook different regional recipes - expecially pasta - every day. If you want to learn cook some particular dish, know a new recipe and study it together, to know the story of Italian kitchen, well, let's do it! It's a funny and good way to improve your Italian, expecially for conversation and writing skills. I use the book "L'italiano in cucina", by Guerra Edizioni, and websites such as "Il cucchiaio d'argento" and "Giallo Zafferano".

Vale e' molto simpatica. vorrei prenotare ancora. 明るくてとても感じの良い先生です。料理を一緒に作ることなども可能だそうでサービス精神旺盛な先生だと思いました。日本との時差の関係で夜遅くに料理を作ることになってしまうので、しばらくは料理の話をイタリア語でするなど、会話を学びたいと思います。

イタリア語学習者でお料理に興味のあるひとは多いのでは。Vale先生のレッスンでは、初回のお試しレッスンで、こちらのイタリア語のレベルや、どんなお料理に興味があるのか、などのお話をしました。私が料理関連の道具名や動詞に自信がない旨えを伝えると、その資料をすぐに送ってくださいました。興味があると伝えた料理のレシピは、レッスン後にすぐに送ってくださいます。（先生手持ちのレシピのほか、料理サイトや動画など）　今回のレッスン内容としては、単にレシピを読んでいくのではなく、私が伊料理で疑問に思うこと、知りたいこと、なんでも会話していく、というものでした。が、Vale先生は大変柔軟な対応が可能なようで、...
