Do you enjoy reading books like me? Let's talk about them!
Have you ever read a book in English and come across words or phrases you didn't understand? Or finished a story and wished you had someone to discuss it with? That's what this lesson is for!
We can read a book together or talk about one you've already read. We'll discuss the story, our favorite characters, surprising moments, and anything else that catches our attention. If you come across a word or expression you don't understand, we'll look at it together and practise using it in your own sentences.
Some of the genres we can explore include:
- Romance and drama
- Mystery and suspense
- Fantasy and adventure
- Science fiction
- Inspirational stories
- Spiritual books (I'm obsessed)
What kind of books do you enjoy? Do you have a favorite novel or a book you've been wanting to read? Tell me about it! We can choose something we both find interesting.
You don't have to understand every word or speak perfect English to join. Just bring your curiosity and your love of stories!
I'm looking forward to hearing about your favorite books and having a good conversation with you.
Note: If a book contains inappropriate topics, we'll choose a different one to study together.
