In this Lesson, we will discuss a brief overview of the TOEIC Exam, some specific areas where test-takers struggle, and 5 techniques to boost your score.


After briefly talking about the TOEIC Exam in general - your knowledge and experiences, we will talk about 4 areas where many students struggle:

  1. Lack of exam knowledge.
  2. Time management.
  3. Vocabulary.
  4. Lack of ability to infer meaning from context.

We will discuss YOUR experiences with the TOEIC Exam, as a student and Test-taker (if you have taken it before).


In the main part of the lesson, we will review 5 techniques to increase your exam score:

  1. Know the TOEIC Exam - in detail.
  2. Time is your enemy - and your friend.
  3. Activities to build your vocabulary
  4. Mistakes & feedback.
  5. Infer meaning from context.

My methodology is based on YOUR specific Needs, Goals, and Interests - we will concentrate on your weaknesses.

I use a range of tools, materials, and methods to help YOU have the knowledge and confidence to get the result you need.


This lesson is great if you are a low-Intermediate to Advanced Student who is interested in taking the TOEIC Exam for the first time OR if you have already taken the exam, but need to improve your score.
