Strong leadership is about more than managing people. Effective leaders need to communicate a clear vision, motivate their teams, build trust, manage different personalities, and create a positive organisational culture.

This lesson has been designed using communicative language teaching principles and focuses on authentic workplace leadership and organisational culture. You will develop practical Business English vocabulary, professional expressions, phrasal verbs, and idioms that can help you communicate confidently in leadership and management situations.
