- This is a lesson pack of 4 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 4 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 3 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 30 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.
Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

The Business Essentials (Pack B) is designed to help you gain the skills and language you need to be a productive, contributing team member in the office. The four lessons will cover these topics:
1. Explaining Instructions
This lesson will make your coworkers know that you are a reliable team member with expert knowledge. At the end of this lesson, you'll be able to give instructions clearly, correctly and smoothly, whether it's for how to use a copy machine or about office workflow and processes.
2. Asking and Answering about Rules
When you visit an overseas office branch or if a coworker from overseas visits your office, you need to be familiar with the local office rules so that you don't make unnecessary mistakes. You'll learn different ways to ask questions and learn phrases to express about strict rules that must be followed, or rules that are more like guidelines.
3. Describing Statistics
Whether you're working in Sales or Marketing or Engineering, sometimes you need to talk about numbers and trends. This lesson will help you learn useful phrases to talk about changes in numbers, whether it's about sales, profits, working hours, or defect rates, accurately and fluently.
4. Describing Products and Services
Are you able to describe what business your company is in? Are you able to answer questions about your company's products and services quickly, clearly, and correctly? At the end of this lesson, you'll be able to do all that.
At the end of the Business Essentials Pack, you'll be able to describe and explain about your office, company, products and performance. It's not difficult to become a productive team member, all you have to do is take the first step.

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
