⏱ 20-Minute Lesson Plan (Timeline)

  • 00–03 min (3 min) | Warm-Up & Line Selection

    • A brief greeting and a quick check-in on how you're feeling today

    • Select one key line from a Korean drama or movie to practice

    • If you have a line you've been curious about, we can use that line for the lesson

  • 03–13 min (10 min) | 1:1 Pronunciation & Intonation Clinic

    • The tutor demonstrates standard Korean pronunciation and an expressive reading of the line

    • Carefully listen to the student's reading from beginning to end

    • Provide focused corrections on pronunciation, mouth shape, breathing, stress, and intonation (pitch)

    • Repeat the line several times to help you develop a natural Korean rhythm

  • 13–18 min (5 min) | Practical Role-Play (Back-and-Forth Practice)

    • Take different roles and exchange lines with the tutor as if having a real conversation

    • Practice speaking naturally while incorporating speed, intonation, and emotion, rather than simply memorizing the lines

    • Repeat the same scene once more if needed

  • 18–20 min (2 min) | Key Feedback & Review Point

    • One thing you did particularly well today

    • One pronunciation or intonation point to review

    • A brief tip on what to focus on in your next practice session
