Travel English: Speak Confidently Abroad
Traveling to another country can be exciting—but communicating in English can sometimes be stressful.
In this 25-minute lesson, you'll practice practical English for real travel situations so you can communicate more comfortably and confidently while traveling.
We won't just memorize vocabulary. We'll practice the kinds of conversations you may actually have during a trip.
✈️ In this lesson, we can practice:
• Airport check-in and boarding
• Immigration and customs
• Checking into a hotel
• Ordering food at restaurants
• Buying tickets and using public transportation
• Asking for directions
• Shopping and making purchases
• Asking for help
• Handling common travel problems
• Making small talk with people you meet
💬 Practice Real Conversations
We'll use short role-plays based on realistic travel situations.
For example:
At the airport:
“Where is the check-in counter?”
“Can I have a window seat, please?”
At a hotel:
“I have a reservation under the name John.”
“What time is check-out?”
At a restaurant:
“Could I see the menu, please?”
“What do you recommend?”
I'll help you improve your vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and natural phrasing while giving you plenty of opportunities to speak.
The lesson can be adjusted to your English level and travel plans.
