腰痛や肩こりの改善。
膝や足首、肩の痛みなど、 体の使い方からくる不調かもしれません。

pilatesにより骨盤底筋やコアの筋肉を身体で感じて、身体のクセを確認し、

Yogaのポーズで安定性やバランスをとって筋肉や神経に効かせ、正しい体の使い方を自身で感じて鍛えていきましょう。

普段の姿勢を見つめなおして

身体の調整をはじめていくと、身体の不調も改善していく可能性があります。

自分自身のウィークポイントがわかるはずです!

まずは「課題」を確認し、「目標」に向かって取り組みましょう!
