Overview: Immerse yourself in the world of current events with our engaging 25-minute lesson designed for learners of all levels. This session will focus on understanding and discussing a pre-selected article about a current event. You’ll have the opportunity to read, summarize, ask questions, and engage in a discussion about the article. Choose a topic of interest from the list below, or let us select one if you prefer.

If you do not select a specific topic, the tutor will choose one to ensure a relevant and engaging experience.
How It Works:
- Pre-Selected Article: We will provide an article on your chosen topic prior to the lesson. Please indicate your preferred topic in advance. If no topic is selected, the tutor will choose one for you.
- Reading: Together, we will read the article, focusing on understanding key details and overall meaning.
- Summarizing: Practice summarizing the article to reinforce your comprehension and identify main points.
- Asking Questions: Participate in a Q&A session to address any questions and deepen your understanding of the content.
- Discussing: Engage in a discussion about the article’s themes, applying new vocabulary and phrases in context.
