Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 5 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 5 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 4 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 30 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

This is a limited-time lesson from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM (JST) where both the tutor and student can casually chat with their video cameras turned OFF!
If you’re thinking “I just want to try one lesson with this tutor,” here is another lesson for you.

7:00 AM to 9:00 AM (Final lesson: Starts at 9:00 AM ~ Ends at 9:15 AM)
↑ All times are listed in Japanese Time. Please be mindful of the time differences.

★ I accept lesson bookings (submitting a lesson request)  up until 11 PM the night before ★
If you press the “ Date Directly” button at the top of the schedule ion screen,
you can make reservations even if there are less than 12 hours until the lesson starts ◎
Openings:
Every day (excluding the closed days listed below and unavoidable urgent matters, poor health, etc.)
※ I generally do not offer lesson slots on Sunday mornings,
  but lessons may be offered upon request.

After the lesson ends, I will only send a brief greeting.

◇ Both sides will have the video camera turned OFF
Not only the student, but the tutor will also conduct the lesson with their video camera turned OFF.

◇ Casual Chat Only
This is a lesson for a light, casual chat like you would have with a friend.
The tutor will not prepare conversational topics or teaching materials in advance.
(I welcome topic suggestions from students, both on the day and in advance!)

This tutor's cancellation policy

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

Before request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 1hours before lesson start time.→ 0% (No Charge)
  • No-Show→ 0% (No Charge)
