This 30-minute coaching session is designed for people who feel uncertain, overwhelmed, or stuck, and want to take meaningful steps towards positive change. Whether you're navigating a career decision, struggling with confidence, facing a personal challenge, or simply looking for greater direction, this session provides a supportive space to explore your goals and create a practical plan for moving forward.
My coaching style is collaborative, empathetic, and goal-oriented. Drawing on over 10 years of experience supporting people through education, alongside postgraduate study in child development, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) training, and CPCAB counselling studies, I focus on helping clients gain clarity while recognising their own strengths and abilities.
During the session, we will identify your immediate priorities, explore the obstacles that may be holding you back, and uncover the personal strengths and resources you already possess. Through active listening, thoughtful questioning, reflective discussion, and practical goal setting, we'll work together to develop one realistic, achievable action you can take immediately after the session.
Rather than offering advice or telling you what to do, I aim to help you better understand your situation, build confidence in your own decision-making, and leave with a clear sense of direction.
