English conversation lessons focused on helping you with having conversations about topics related to travelling to the U.S.

Travelling soon? Want to be able to have a conversation with someone on the airplane next to you? Want to be able to strike up a fun conversation about life in the United States with someone you see at a bar? Well, this lesson will help you with those conversations and situations.
In this series of travelling to the U.S. lessons, you will have fun and organic conversations in travel settings, so that you can learn how to navigate a conversation with a stranger and find ways to communicate the ideas you want to express in short travel conversations.
This course will include conversation practice, where you can repeat the conversation and use different ideas and language to try to improve your communication. Relevant vocabulary and useful phrases will also be taught and included in each lesson.
Great for beginner and intermediate students who want to have fun and exciting conversations when travelling, or who just want to learn how to strike up a fun conversation with someone in a variety of contexts.
Sample lesson:
You walk into a restaurant by yourself. You are sitting at a bar, and there are a few people sitting close to you. You want to start a conversation.
Here are some possible conversation starters:
So, are you here on vacation?
Hey, are you from around here?
So, are you here on business?
Here are some ways to talk about why you're here:
I have always wanted to _____________
This place has always caught my attention, because ______.
