Welcome to my session, ”Stress: Depression and Anger Management.” My passion is to help individuals manage and overcome stress.


I understand that depression and anger can be overwhelming and debilitating. But I believe that with the right tools and techniques, anyone can learn to manage these feelings and improve their overall well-being. That's why I offer a unique approach that combines counseling based on cognitive behavior therapy (the Socratic Method), breathing techniques of Taoism, and, in follow-up sessions, hypnotherapy. 


The Socratic Method is an effective way to explore your thoughts and feelings to encourage critical thinking about your situation. I will guide you through a series of questions and hypotheticals to help you understand your own thoughts and feelings and come to your own conclusions.


In the event that we have a follow-up session, my hypnotherapy sessions are tailored to meet each individual's needs. I use a combination of visualization and relaxation techniques to help you reach a state of deep relaxation and access your subconscious mind. This enables you to make positive changes to your thoughts and behavior. I've counseled people with various issues, including drug addiction and childhood trauma.
