Description:
This lesson is designed for children who experience delayed speech, slow speaking, or atypical speech patterns. The focus is on building confidence, encouraging gradual speech production, improving rhythm, clarity, and pacing, and fostering positive social interaction. Activities emphasize repetition, visual and auditory cues, and low-pressure participation.

Warm-Up – “Breathing & Voice Exercises”

Activity: Simple deep breaths, blowing bubbles, humming, and gentle tongue twisters.

Challenge: Students may feel self-conscious or lack breath control.

Solution: Make it a fun game (who can blow the biggest bubble?) and participate with them to reduce anxiety.

Activity: Teacher says a word or short sentence; students repeat it slowly and clearly.

Challenge: Difficulty pronouncing certain sounds or words.
