课程介绍

If you're struggling to improve certain English skills for day-to-day communication, this class is for you! If you're looking for help with exams, please book an IELTS lesson or an Exam Preparation lesson.

Please let me know what skill you want to practice during the class. Since this is only 45 minutes, I recommend to focus on 1 skill per lesson so we have enough time to practice. If you want to practice a different skill, please book another lesson.

What happens during a lesson? It really depends on the skill you choose to practice.
  • For reading, I will choose a suitable text from newspapers, books or magazines for you. I will ask you some questions to check your understanding.
  • For listening, we will watch videos of news, advertisements, interviews, clips from documentaries together. I will ask you some questions to check your understanding.
  • For writing, I will give you a simple task (eg, writing a diary entry, email or social media post) and I will check for you during the class.
  • For speaking, you can share a topic or I can give you a topic and prompts. We will discuss it together.
While practicing these 4 skills, you will also get to learn some new grammar and vocabulary. But if you want to fully focus on grammar and vocabulary, please let me know when booking the lesson. I will prepare suitable materials.
