事前に授業で使用する文章を送っていただけたので、あらかじめ自分で調べたうえで授業に参加することができました。新聞記事だったため難しい表現もありましたが、先生がわかりやすく説明してくださり、とても勉強になりました。

最初に、会話トピックスについて、文書で意見交換を行いました。私は、温泉露天風呂が大好きなのため、これを推奨したところ、意見が合い、 KARA講師は、彼女の地域の温泉を調べ、これの紹介をいただきました。そのお陰で、火山の有無、温泉の成分・その効能を始め、男女混浴の問題、水着の着用、タツーをした方の対応など、多岐に亘る会話ができました。これは、文化、宗教、国民性、歴史などにも波及し、深い部分まで言及できました。講師の事前準備が会話の充実化に繫がり、大変満足しました。
