幼児〜ティーンエイジャーのためのヨガです。呼吸をゆったり行う方法や様々なポーズやヨガのゲームを行い、心と体の柔軟性をつけます。楽しみながら自分で考える力や想像力を高めます。

以下(詳細説明参照)の項目の文法を一緒に勉強していきます。リクエストの際項目を選んでメッセージにお書きください(複数可)。 文法項目によってはレッスンが1回で終わらない場合もありますのでご了承ください。また、理解度が早く文法レッスンが早く終わってしまう場合は練習問題や口頭練習、会話文などが多めになります。
