He always provides wonderful cooking lessons. His experience working in restaurants adds so much value to every lesson, and I feel very fortunate to learn not only the recipes but also the knowledge and insights he has gained throughout his career. I am always impressed by his unique ideas and creativity. He brings fresh and original perspectives to each lesson, which makes the experience both educational and inspiring. いつも台湾語の授業を受けてます。復習しないので全然覚えられませんが、先生が根気よく何回も教えてくれるます。自分では全然できないと思っていたものの、自分の言いたいことを台湾語話す練習のおかげか、台湾に行ったときに前より理解できたり、話すことができました。私はテキストに沿っての授業はあまり合わず、練習を繰り返して習得していく派なのですが、先生は生徒の希望に合わせて授業をしてくれるので、どのタイプの方でも大丈夫だと思います。
