For those who want to become better at ballet!☺︎ Those learning cheerleading and figure skating can also benefit from learn ballet techniques to improve ballet skills♪
課程介紹
In addition to ballet lessons (barre & center lessons) with content designed according to your needs, I will also instruct you in stretching, muscle training, and core strengthening training at the beginning of the lesson, which is essential for your progress.
Various muscle training and exercises will help you improve your ballet techniques later on♪
Anyone from dancers who have a recital or competition coming up, to even children are welcome! Let’s practice your dance performances together!
I invite not only ballet students but also those who are learning cheerleading or figure skating to take this lesson as well! If you know the basic of ballet, I’m sure that it will help you perform beautifully and improve your dancing skills♡

I welcome anyone who wants to improve their ballet performances, and of course, those who are new to ballet are also welcome!
Children who are preparing for a competition or recital are also welcome to join.☺
Children and adults of any age are welcome to join my lesson.
