[ To register a ticket to Redmine From an email ]
Dear Sir / Madam,
My name is Ryoko Naito, and I am from Japan.
I installed Ruby 2.1.2 and Rails, and operate Redmine 2.5.2 on a server with CentOS 6.
In order to directly register a ticket to Redmine from an email, I set up postfix and edited the aliases file. Setting only a project attribute, it works.
However, when I set 2bite letter like Japanese in tracker name attribute, an error will occur:
ArgumentError (invalid byte sequence in UTF-8):
ところが、トラッカー名などに日本語(2バイト文字)が入るとエラーが発生します。
ArgumentError (invalid byte sequence in UTF-8):
I looked it up on the Internet all day long, but I could not find effective solutions, so I could not encode 2 bite letters into UTF-8. Therefore, I edited the mail_handler.rb file of Redmine, and currently I set tracker attribute with its ID.
However, I should use Japanese letter on require fields, I am awfully annoyed.
I wonder if someone help me.
Kind regards,
Ryoko Naito

[Shakespeare]
Dear Sir / Madam,
My name is Ryoko Naito, and I am from Japan.
I have come to want to learn Shakespeare with the UK textbook like British students.
I know some instructors provides 'Shakespeare lessons', but I wonder why no British instructors provide it. I am sorry for my impolite attitude. However, I would like to learn Shakespeare from British instructors, because Shakespeare was a British person.
I found a textbook that British schools use:
https://www.cgpbooks.co.uk/School/books_ks3_english.book_ESR333?page=ESR333_sample1#page
Or this:
https://www.cgpbooks.co.uk/School/books_ks3_english.book_EHR35
This contains 'Shakespeare's Language'.
I wonder if there could be any British instructors who are well-informed about or into 'Shakespeare'.
Please do forgive me for my impoliteness.
Thank you for taking your time to read this message.
Best regards,
Ryoko Naito
