2月13日で、カフェトークで講師を始めて3か月がたち、「New」の講師リボンから卒業することとなります。
これに伴い、2月半ばから全体的にレッスンのポイントを少し上げることを検討しておりますため、事前にお知らせいたします。
私が昨年11月にカフェトークで講師を始めた時、（語学は使っていましたが）前職が異なっていたこともあり、講師としての経験もほとんどありませんでした。また、カフェトークや他校での実績がない中で他のベテラン講師の方々と競合して教えていくためにも、レッスン料金を低めに設定して始めました。
もちろん、まだまだ講師としての経験は浅いですが、この3か月で試行錯誤しながら様々な経験・努力・改善を重ねてきて、自分なりに成長してきたと思っています。
具体的には、実績・相場に鑑みて、英語：20％くらい 日本語：10％くらいを目安に検討しております。
（ポイントの桁をきりよくするためにも前後します）
一方で、これからも皆様にご利用していただけるよう、定期的にクーポンも発行してきたいと思っています。
また、いつも定期的にレッスンを取ってくださっている方々の中で、これからも定期的に取りたいけどバジェット的に厳しいなど何かあればご相談ください☆

Hi everyone!
On February 13th, it will be three months since I started teaching at Cafetalk, which means the “New” Ribbon will be removed from my profile.
Accordingly, I am thinking about setting the points for my lessons a bit higher probably from around the mid-February and would like to notify you of this in advance.
When I began teaching at Cafetalk, I barely had experiences as a tutor. Also, I needed to (still need to!) compete with other expert tutors here while not having any past achievements. Therefore, I started with the points lower than what I thought they should be.
Certainly, I am not an expert tutor yet. However, I believe I have been growing as a tutor in my own way by working hard and improving my lessons while gaining more experiences compared to the past.
Based on my achievements as well as the market rate, I am thinking about setting the points;
around 20% higher for English lessons and around 10% higher for Japanese ones.
(The percentages may not be exact for some lessons.)
On the other hand, I am also thinking about issuing some coupons.
In addition, if you have any concerns such as difficulty in continuing my lessons periodically due to the budget limitation etc, please feel free to contact me.
