First of all, I hope you are doing well, and thank you for always choosing me to help you practice and improve your English skills. 

I'm writing you today to inform you of my upcoming trip to the U.S. I will be going to the U.S on March 30th, and will be returning to Thailand on April 30th. During this time, I will only be available on Sunday, April 7th. I have decided to spend this holiday with family and friends, so I will be taking a short break from having lessons. 

If you have a lesson pack, I will extend your lesson coupons by 1 month. Please contact me if you have any questions.
