皆さんいつもお世話になっております！

この前お知らせしましたが、夏頃先生としてスクールに戻るため、カフェトークの時間はかなり減ります。今回は「今後のスケジュール」と「保護者のお願いとレッスン注意事項」についてのお知らせになります。少し長いですが、必ず最後まで読んでいただけると嬉しいです。

1) 今後のスケジュール 
7月の休み：7/17~21, 7/29~31

8月レッスンできる時間
平日：07:00~09:00 / (16:00)17:00~22:00 (昼間できる曜日もあります)
土日：通常はいつでも可能ですが、不定期休み

9月レッスンできる時間
平日：07:00~09:00 / 19:00(20:00)~22:00
土曜日：17:00~22:00
日曜日：通常はいつでも可能ですが、不定期休み

*School at Home は「9月からクーポン制をなくなり」、単発でリクエストしていただきます。
*7月は結構休みが入るので、もしクーポンが期限内に使えない場合、教えていただけると延長します。  
*もし今後レッスンをやめる場合、教えてください。ちゃんとこどもたちと挨拶ができると嬉しいです。:'(
 
 
2) グループレッスン
レッスンできる時間がかなり減りますので、2人〜３人の少人数のグループレッスンを考えています。(レベル分け)こどもたちはレッスン中でお友達も会えるともっとモチベーションも上がれるじゃないのかなと思いました。 まだ内容と曜日や時間などを企画中ですが、具体的な内容が決めたらまたお知らせいたします。


3) 保護者のお願いとレッスンの注意事項！

* 必要な物の場所は教えてあげて、必要なときはこどもたちでとってきてもらうようにしましょう。

* レッスン中に飲み物は大丈夫ですが、食べ物は禁止です。
(どうしても飴とか食べたいときは必ず私に聞いてもらいましょう)

* レッスン中は、できるだけ私とこどもたちのみの空間を作っていただけると嬉しいです。
(隣にいる場合は必ず隣で翻訳したり、答えてあげないようにお願いいたします。その場で翻訳するほうが早いですが、英語で英語を考える習慣をつくりたいと思います。学校のスケジュールなどをわからない質問のときは全然"I don't know / I forgot" で大丈夫です！またたとえ話せなくても、絵をかいたり、ジェスチャーをつかう方法はたくさんがあるので、それもこどもたちに教えてあげたいです。一番大事なのは学校にいるように、私とこどもたちの「信頼関係」をつくりたいです。) 

*まだはさみやうまくかけないお子様のレッスンは保護者に手伝うのお願いするときがありますので、近くにいていただけると嬉しいです。

レッスンは家でしていますが、学校にいるように勉強だけではなく、こどもたちの成長と自立を大事にしていきたいと思います。なにが必要なときはこどもたちに、ママかパパを呼んできてもらいますので、その前には必ず「見守る」というかたちでお願いいたします！

Hello everyone!

As mentioned before, I am going back to work at a school so there will be some changes on my schedule. In this announcement, I will talk about my new schedule, and some announcements to parents.

1) Schedule
Vacation in July: 7/17~21, 7/29~31

August, available time and days
Weekdays: 07:00~09:00 / (16:00)17:00~22:00
Sat/Sun: 07:00~22:00 (There might be some changes)

September, available time and days
Weekdays: 07:00~09:00 / 19:00(20:00)~22:00
Saturday: 17:00~22:00
Sun: 07:00~22:00 (There might be some changes)

* Start from September, please request School at Home as a single lesson. (I will make the single lesson and delete the course)
* Please let me know if you cannot use the coupon in the expired date, since I have some vacations in July.
*Please let me know if you are going to quit, I would like to say good-bye to the kids. :'(

2) Group Lesson
Since there will be a big change about my lesson time, I am thinking to make a group lesson with 2~3 kids in a class divided in different levels. I will announce again when the curriculums has decided.

3) Announcements for parents and about durring the lesson
* Please let the kids to know where the stationaries are so they can take it by themselves.

* Kids can have drink in class, but food are not allowed. 
(If they really want to have a candy or some small things, please let them to ask me.)

* Please do now help the kids to answer or translate the English during lesson. 
(I would like them to practice to think in English. If they don't know how to answer, they can also answered "I don't know / I forgot." I would also like them to use their gestures, or drawings...etc., if they don't know how to explain in English. I hope we will have the bond in between teachers and students, just like they are at school.)

* For the kids who still cannot use scissors or need help for writing, we might need your help sometimes, so it would be appreciated if you can stay somewhere close.

Although we are having lessons at home, but I hope the kids will not only study but also practice how to be responsible and independent. If we need anything, I will ask the kids to call parents for help, before that, please let them to work on their own.
