Greetings! I am Loreta, a dedicated and certified ESL online teacher with a 120-hour TEFL certificate and a background in Information Communications Technology. Teaching is not just a profession for me; it's my passion. I have been fortunate to have three years of experience in both online and in-person teaching, which has allowed me to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.

My journey as an ESL teacher has been diverse. I've had the privilege of teaching English and Sesotho to Chinese investors visiting my country, which has given me insight into the unique needs of adult learners. Additionally, I've been an online teacher with platforms like Preply and JustSchool, where I've interacted with students from around the world. I've also volunteered with the International Women's Resource Centre, where I taught Ukrainian students of all ages. These experiences have enriched my teaching skills and adaptability.

My teaching philosophy is centered on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. I believe in tailoring lessons to meet the individual needs and learning styles of my students. I encourage active participation, open communication, and a sense of confidence in my students. I use a variety of teaching methods and digital resources to keep lessons interactive and effective. My goal is to inspire my students to become confident English speakers and learners who are excited to explore the language.

Outside of teaching, my interests include baking, crafting melt and pour soap, and enjoying animated movies. These hobbies have taught me creativity, attention to detail, and patience, which I find to be valuable qualities in both teaching and life.
