Hello! My name is Ben, and I'm an Australian teacher who has taught English in both Japan and Colombia. I'm a very kind, patient and professional teacher with a warm and friendly personality.
I have been teaching English since 2009, and I have worked in English institutes, schools, and universities, as well as working as a private tutor for students online. I am TESOL qualified, and I provide unique lessons catered to the individual needs of my students.
I am very passionate about teaching and helping my students achieve their goals using the English language. I enjoy teaching fun, entertaining and energetic classes, and I can help you develop all the essential skills needed for communicating effectively (speaking, listening, reading, writing and grammar).
I have experience teaching students of all ages, from children as young as 4 years old, to primary school ages and teenage students, as well as adults of all ages. I can also help students with exam preparation, IELTS preparation, and business English topics.
I have been travelling and living overseas for 10 years (in Japan and Colombia) and I can teach you not only English, but about cultures and lifestyles in different countries, as well as discussing our shared interests and hobbies.
