Hi, I’m Thomas B., an English teacher with a Level 5 TEFL Diploma.

For the past year, I’ve mainly been teaching adult students in one-on-one online lessons. I enjoy helping students become more confident and natural when speaking English, especially students who feel nervous, overthink too much, or struggle to express themselves clearly.

I’ve worked with students from many different backgrounds, including programmers, pilots, biologists, and professionals preparing for work, presentations, interviews, and English exams. Because of this, I’m used to adapting lessons to different goals and communication styles.

My teaching style is relaxed, practical, and conversation-focused. I try to create lessons where students feel comfortable speaking naturally without worrying too much about making mistakes. I believe confidence is one of the most important parts of learning English.

I enjoy talking about a wide range of topics including culture, travel, technology, games, everyday life, and current events, so I’m happy to adjust lessons based on your interests.

Whether you want to improve your conversation skills, prepare for an exam, practice for work, or just feel more comfortable using English, I’ll do my best to help you improve step by step.
