Hello everyone~ Bonjour!
My name is Lisa, and I am a French language tutor. I lived in Japan (Kanazawa city) for a year as an exchange student. I study Japanese literature, languages (Japanese, German, English, Finnish) and theater. I love French culture so I enjoy teaching French literature, places to visit in France, and French cuisine and culture.
• I am not yet very good at using Japanese honorific of speaking without any errors, but I can speak and understand Japanese, and can teach in Japanese if needed. However, please try to speak as much French as possible!
- I want to provide lessons tailored to your level and needs in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. I teach French, but that’s not all! I adapt to my students’ personalities, goals, hobbies, and so on. Every one of my lessons will be unique because the student is the main character of this adventure! Afraid of making mistakes or speaking up? Don’t worry! Let’s gradually learn together. Don’t hesitate to speak French with lots of mistakes!
- I will not use textbooks to teach, but I will create customized Word files and slides. The files will include vocabulary lists, dialogues, pronunciation exercises, and so on. Depending on the lesson, the file will be sent after or before the lesson. We will practice during the lesson while viewing the slides on a shared screen. A recording of the slides will also be sent after the lesson.
In fact, I love teaching French, it is like a hobby for me. This is why I like to take the time to make slides, revise the texts you have written, and teach you how to learn the language.
