Hello♪

I work as a ballet and stretching lesson instructor while raising my children. I have been teaching for 11 years and have taught nearly 1,500 students throughout my career. I have over 30 years of experience practicing ballet, and I continue to devote myself to ballet, drawing on my training experience at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy and the ballet academy I attended in Brussels, Belgium.

My lessons are mainly ballet for absolute beginners
and stretching lessons that incorporate ballet movements. I also offer a dance exercise lesson, which is a combination of ballet and dance to help you burn off excess calories.


I teach the Russian method of ballet from the very basics. I will teach movements that anyone can follow, while also providing professional knowledge.

I want to share the joy of ballet and dance with as many people as possible. I welcome people who do not know how to perform ballet or dance, as well as people who are not as flexible. I will assist you in your pursuit of health and beauty. If you use your body correctly, your body will change! It is possible to change your body shape!

 If your body isn’t flexible or you feel stiff, this lesson is for you. Please don’t feel intimidated to join me.

Ballet movements are great for maintaining youthfulness, as well as for aesthetic purposes. It also strengthens your core, which increases metabolism, helps maintain better health, and strengthens your legs which will help prevent injuries.

I will customize my lessons based on each of your goals and concerns.

★ Biography ★
I started practicing ballet at the age of 5, and have continued to perform ballet for 36 years. I have 11 years of teaching experience. I have attended the Moscow Ballet Academy in Russia for a short training course.


I have over 10 years of experience in hip hop dance (old school and new jack swing) I also have experience in modern ballet, ballroom dance, and jazz dance.

In 2012, I started offering introductory-level ballet lessons for adults in Nagoya, Japan. In 2014, I started offering ballet lessons and dance exercise (danceI aerobics lesson where you move your body to Western music), where participants can join in with their children. In 2017, I started offering children’s ballet and dance lessons. In 2019, I started offering ballet stretching in Fujisawa, Kanagawa prefecture.

I am currently in charge of a kindergarten one-time courses, and have continued to expand my activities by being invited to teach at temporary employment agencies, esthetic salon’s one-time classes, and events for mothers and babies.

I have taught over 1,500 students from 3 years old to people in their 70s. Most of them started taking lessons with me with no prior experience.

Everyone, from the young to the old and all genders, are welcome to participate in my non-restrictive, one-time style lessons. I have ballet studio experience in Brussels, Belgium. I have trained with Russian instructors, taken lessons from dancers who were active in the Russian Ballet Company, and participated in various workshops.

I continue to build on my knowledge while teaching.


★ Performance Experience ★

The Nutcracker, Swan Lake

I have participated in Sleeping Beauty, Thumbelina, Cinderella, Snow White, Don Quixote, Jewels, Padcatl, ballroom dance events, presented modern ballet at the Bunka Theatre, presented at the Bone Marrow Foundation, and participated in hip-hop events. I am further deepening my expertise through my overseas experience and previous stage experience, as well as further studies of anatomy.

I am also a licensed esthetician so I have knowledge on body structure, aesthetics, health, and diet, so I can show you the right way to lose weight, eat and train to enhance your beauty.
