Hello! Nice to meet you.
I'm Koko, a Japanese language coach from Osaka, Japan. (^^)

My goal is to help you turn Japanese knowledge into real communication skills so you can enjoy using Japanese in everyday life.

★ My Coaching-Style Lessons

My lessons are not based on a textbook.

Instead, we focus on your real goals and situations.

At the beginning, I will ask about your purpose for learning Japanese and the situations where you want to use it. Then we design lessons around those situations.

For example:

• traveling in Japan
• talking with Japanese friends
• daily life conversations
• preparing to live or work in Japan

This way, you practice Japanese for real life, not just for studying.

Don't worry about making mistakes.
My lessons are friendly, relaxed, and supportive. That's how we learn!

◉ Who My Lessons Are For

My lessons are great for learners who:

✔ know some Japanese but want to speak more naturally
✔ feel stuck and want to improve their speaking
✔ want practical Japanese for real-life communication
✔ prefer personalized lessons instead of textbook study

Levels: Beginner (basic knowledge) to Advanced.

◉ About Me

I understand how challenging language learning can be.

When I was a student, I struggled with English too. But after discovering my passion for languages, I spent six years living abroad in five different countries:

- USA
- Finland
- Ireland
- Switzerland
- Australia

Because I have learned a second language myself, I understand the difficulties learners face and the strategies that really help.

For over 12 years, I have worked in education and helped many students achieve their learning goals.

As someone from Osaka, I enjoy friendly and natural conversation. My lessons are relaxed, interactive, and focused on real communication — not just textbook examples.
