Hello I am Manatee! I am a qualified and professional coach!
I offer "Individual Session" for individuals and "Team/Business Partnreship/Couple Session". I also offer "Trial & Explanation Sessions", so please feel free to apply for it as trial.
Individual Session
I offer coaching session that incorporates a counselling approach to "open you up to your hidden potential and the awareness of feelings that are usually hidden deep inside you". I listen to each client situation, and the sessions are created in consultation with client and me each other. By honestly looking at your inner feelings and acknowledging their existence, you can feel relieved your burden on your shoulders and new doors inside you can be opened to you.
Team/Business Partnership/Couple session
I also offer coaching for teams( 3 to 8 people), business partnerships and couples in particular. Using the systems coaching (ORSC®) approach, I help you to unravel the emotional interactions and unspoken rules in the relationship to reveal the present state of the relationship and find a new form and a next stap.

In line with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, you can be assured that nothing discussed in a session will be divulged to anyone without your permission.
Certifications
ORSCC (CRR Global Certified Organizational & Relationship Systems Certified Coach), certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

About me
I am an IT engineer, project manager and coach. I am currently managing an IT team at a non-profit organization and also work as a coach.
Through my own experiences of project management and team management success and failures, I realized and have practiced the importance of coaching to unlock the potential of individuals and teams, and to break individual fixations.
I have an MBA from the Graduate School of Management, Globis University.
My hobby is travelling. I love travelling, especially to Asia to enjoy food!
I have been a supporter of the Kashima Antlers J league football team for 20 years!
