Nice to meet you!
I’m Miku, a face and chair yoga instructor who loves edamame!
I am currently teaching yoga at various places, including culture schools.
Since obtaining my RYT200 certificate, I have obtained my restorative yoga certification, chair yoga certification, ear acupuncture jewelry certification, as well as a face & chair yoga certification, which combines face yoga and chair yoga.
I plan on offering lessons that combine
the best aspects of each type of yoga.
I also offer facial training lessons and other lessons that focus
on facial muscle training. I look forward to seeing you in my lessons!
I would like to offer lessons with the motto of making everyone smile
with the aim of achieving a beautiful face! and a healthy body! your whole life!
