Hello everyone! My name is teacher Edinna. Let me tell you about my self first. I am from the Philippines. It is a tropical country, and what I love the most is my city, because it is on top of the mountains, that is why the weather in my city is cool for the whole year. My hobbies are watching TV series and cooking.
I am registered nurse in my country. I worked in the hospital before, so I am knowledgeable of some medical terminologies. After that, I tried working in an English Academy in my city. From there, I already enjoyed teaching the English language. From face to face English teaching, I shifted to online teaching and got my 120 hour TESOL certificate. I have been teaching English online for almost 13 years. I taught different ages, levels and nationalities like Chinese, Koreans, and Japanese students.
As a teacher, I make sure to assess the student’s English level, so I can advise/give the appropriate learning materials that they need. I communicate well with my students, so I can assist them in reaching their goals. After each class, I evaluate the student’s performance and give feedbacks for improvement. I help students, if they have plans of taking the IELTS exam. I am also available for professionals, working moms or any individual who wants to have conversation.
