Hello! I am a Chinese as a Foreign Language (CFL) teacher from Shandong Province, China, currently living in Hong Kong. I have over five years of experience living in a blended East and West.
 
I hold both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Chinese Literature, possess dual certifications from TCSOL and CTCO, and have received systematic teacher training in Taiwan. Mandarin is my native language, and my experience in Hong Kong and Taiwan has given me a strong command of Cantonese and Traditional Chinese characters. Switching between simplified and traditional characters, as well as between Zhuyin and Pinyin, is not a problem for me!
 
I have taught students of different ages in both local and international schools in Hong Kong. Due to my work in an English-medium school, I have also taught English. I am fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese and English to help you understand my CFL lessons. I am outgoing, friendly, and enjoy communicating. I am willing to understand and respect different cultures and to customize learning plans based on each student's Chinese proficiency and personality. I am skilled at using various teaching methods to help students learn about Chinese culture while learning the language, and I tailor lessons to meet the diverse needs of my students. Whether it's for the HSK exam, work requirements, life experiences, or cultural exchange, I will design a personalized lesson for you!
