Hi! My name is Lauren, I live in Sunny South Africa!
My motto in life is "Never say Never!" I was born deaf and only managed to say my first word at the age of 6. After an operation and years of speech therapy I was told I would never be able to confidently speak in public, I would battle with learning and not be able to do any sports such as swimming, scuba diving etc.
At the age of 42 I have proven them all wrong! I have done and excelled in all of the above! I am a very social, professional and non Judgmental person with a passion for life. I am a great listener and counselor, my goal is to help you get motivated and positively make decisions regarding your "Bigger Picture"
My Career History is as follows:
1996 - 1998: I opened up a fabric shop which I sold once it was established
1999 - 2002: Branch Manager for an Employment Abroad Company
2002 - 2005: Student Adviser / Lecturer / Sales Manager Damelin College
2005 - 2007: Student Adviser / Sales Manager at CTI College
2007 - 2009: Sales Manager for Medical company
2009 - 2014: Opened up my own Distribution company focusing on Organic cheeses and wine
2014 - current: Sales and Marketing for Husbands construction company
: Running our homestead that takes in injured/unwanted animals
: Homeschooling my two 14yr old children
: Teaching First Aid level 1 - 3 to corporate clients and students
: Musician in a band for weddings and corporate events, we also hire out sound equipment
Qualifications: Sales & Marketing Diploma
: Train the Trainer Diploma
: Assessor certification
: First Aid level 1 - 3
